U2 Preview New Song “Street Of Dreams” in Mexico City Video Shoot
U2 filmed a Mexico City video for new song “Street Of Dreams,” from their next album due later this year.
U2 are keeping the surprises coming. After opening the year with a surprise EP on Ash Wednesday and then another one for Easter, the band has now surfaced with footage from Mexico City showing them filming a music video for a new song called “Street Of Dreams.”
The clip captures Bono, the Edge, Adam Clayton, and Larry Mullen Jr. performing the track on top of a school bus covered in graffiti by Mexican artist Chavis Mármol. According to their website, the song is taken from the band’s next studio album, which is slated to arrive later this year.
The timing lines up with a busy week in CDMX, where the 2026 Street Child World Cup is being hosted. In a press release, Mullen Jr. described the event as “a little NGO with a big kick for kids with all of the talent and none of the access,” adding, “Our band are proud supporters.”
