Queen Latifah is joining The Voice season 30 with Kelly Clarkson, Adam Levine and Riley Green this fall.

Queen Latifah is heading to The Voice this fall, adding another big name to season 30’s coaching panel. NBC announced Tuesday, May 12, that the Grammy-winning rapper and actor will join the show alongside Riley Green, Kelly Clarkson and Adam Levine.
For Clarkson, it’ll mark her 10th season. For Levine, it’s season 18, with the Maroon 5 frontman returning as a champion. Green, meanwhile, is set for his first turn in the red chairs later in 2026 after previously performing in the finales of seasons 26 and 28. It’s a lineup that mixes familiar The Voice history with a fresh arrival, and NBC says the milestone 30th season will lean into that by bringing back surprise guests and revisiting some of the show’s memorable moments.
Queen Latifah’s presence fits the anniversary season’s bigger sense of occasion. In more than 35 years across music and entertainment, she’s stacked up a Grammy, Emmy and Academy Award wins, and was recently named a Rock & Roll Hall of Fame inductee. That kind of range gives her a different kind of perspective in the chair, one shaped by decades spent moving between rap, film, television and live performance.
Her 2026 is already looking crowded. Before The Voice returns, she’s slated to host the 2026 American Music Awards, airing live from Las Vegas on Memorial Day, May 25. Then, in November, she’ll be inducted into the Rock & Roll Hall of Fame as part of a class that also includes Wu-Tang Clan and MC Lyte. At 56, she’s one of the year’s musical influence award recipients as well.
The Voice returns to NBC this fall and will stream on Peacock the following day.
