MUNA unveil ‘Eastside Girls’ video and set out massive 2026 UK, Europe and North America tour

MUNA have paired a new video for ‘Eastside Girls’ with news of a sprawling 2026 tour that will take them across the UK, Europe and North America.

The announcement follows the release of their fourth studio album, ‘Dancing On The Wall’, out via Saddest Factory Records/Secretly Group. Coming after their 2022 self-titled record, it’s the trio’s most exacting and sonically wide-ranging album so far.

“We’re excited to finally release our fourth album. Thank you to everyone who has been with us since day one and welcome to those of you who are just joining us… you’re right on time,” the band said. “This is an album about love, heat (literal and metaphorical), horniness, and heartache, grounded in the here and now as we experience it.

“We hope it makes for good company, wherever you are.”

To mark the release, MUNA have also shared the video for ‘Eastside Girls’, which finds the trio under warm, retro lighting, dressed as mechanics and hanging out in the backseat of a car as the song plays out. It’s a simple setup, but one that fits the band’s instinct for turning pop into something a little stranger, a little more lived-in.

Alongside the new clip, the band have confirmed fresh 2026 headline dates. The run follows previously announced shows in Los Angeles, Brooklyn and London this month, plus festival appearances at Lollapalooza and elsewhere over the summer.

The new leg begins in Arizona on September 17 and stretches through stops in Chicago, Dallas, Nashville, Atlanta, Boston, Santa Barbara and more over the next month. Hemlocke Springs will join as support on those dates.

In November, MUNA head to Dublin, Glasgow, London and other UK and European cities, before closing out with further shows in Paris, Warsaw, Berlin and beyond.

‘Dancing On The Wall’ also drew a three-and-a-half-star review from NME, which described the LA trio as locking into “euphoric pop bangers with a shadowy side”.

“While ‘Dancing On The Wall’ does tread newer ground lyrically on songs like ‘Big Stick’, and at times dabbles with heavier, rock-influenced sounds, it also doesn’t divert too far away from the hyper-saturated synthpop sound the band have nailed since day one,” the review said. “And in MUNA’s world, precise, irresistible consistency can be just as compelling as constant reinvention.”
