Wanderstop’s soundtrack is getting its first vinyl release alongside physical game editions

Wanderstop’s soundtrack is coming to vinyl for the first time, alongside physical Switch and PS5 editions from Annapurna Interactive and iam8bit.

Wanderstop is heading to vinyl for the first time, and the game itself is getting physical editions too. For a cosy tea-shop game that already built a small, devoted buzz on the strength of its world and soundtrack, that’s the kind of announcement fans tend to latch onto quickly.

Originally released in March 2025, Wanderstop casts you as the owner of a modest tea shop, preparing special drinks for exhausted customers. The setup is simple on paper, but the game’s appeal lives in the details: gathering ingredients, using an odd tea-making contraption, and talking to the travellers who wander in with stories to tell. The official description puts it plainly: “Grow and harvest the ingredients needed for tea, and then mix them together in an unusual tea-making contraption. Along the way, speak with the many travelers who pass through the shop, learn their stories and make tea that’s just right for them.”

The game is already available digitally on PlayStation, Xbox, Nintendo Switch and PC, but Annapurna Interactive has now partnered with iam8bit for physical releases on Nintendo Switch and PlayStation 5. The Switch version will retail for $49.99, while the PS5 edition is priced at $39.99.

Both versions include sticker packs built around the game’s fungi and a double-sided foldout poster featuring Alta, Boro and the flask of chaotic puffins. Pre-orders are now live at wanderstop.iam8bit.com, and the physical editions are due to ship on August 28, 2026.

The soundtrack rollout is the real draw here, though. Wanderstop’s lofi score, composed by Minecraft’s C418, is being pressed as a 2LP set on sunny yellow vinyl. The in-game radio tracks, built around animal themes, are also getting a separate release on seed pink vinyl as the Wanderstop FM collection. Both sets feature new artwork by Nat F., and both are available to pre-order now for $42.99 each.
